A triple is a type of accumulator bet with exactly three picks on it. Triple bets are much more rewarding than singles but also riskier.
For example, if you’re betting $10 on three football teams to win their matchups, with respective odds of 1.6, 1.7, and 2.0, these odds are multiplied to give 5.44, and then multiplied by your $10 to give a potential payout of $54.4.
