The return is the overall payout of a sports bet you made. It includes both the profit and the initial bet.
Apart from this, a return can also refer to the transfer of money back to the sports bettor’s account if the event didn’t occur or if the end result was a push.
For example, if you place a $100 bet on a football game with 2.5 odds and win, the total return would be $250. This includes your $100 bet and a $150 profit you won by getting the bet right.
